Foreword
I have created a 4-course gourmet menu that takes you on a flavor journey through carefully balanced dishes. From delicate langoustine ravioli in a creamy tomato bisque to a hand-cut beef tartare with fermented pepper cream and crispy bread, where each bite is filled with intense flavor. While Himmerland beef completes the main course with rich nuances of truffle and smoked marrow. End with a fresh and sweet combination of creamy whipped mascarpone with a hint of green anise, berries, vanilla, and crispy chocolate. I look forward to sharing this experience with you.
