I have created a Christmas lunch that stands out and surprises. From the first bite of toasted brioche with shrimp and egg cream to the juicy duck with sweet mashed potatoes – here you get Christmas food in a whole new way. And of course, we end with a fresh interpretation of risalamande, bringing both nostalgia and innovation to the table. It will be a Christmas lunch you won't soon forget.
