Foreword

We are pleased to present our new winter concept, featuring delicious and season-inspired dishes for both large and small events. Our Christmas plate and Christmas buffet are composed of carefully selected ingredients that create the perfect Christmas atmosphere. From classics like curried herring, panko-crusted fish fillets, and homemade chicken salad, to warm dishes like confit duck leg and roasted pork with gravy, we have something for everyone. And to complete the experience, we of course also offer the traditional rice pudding with cherry sauce.

While we expand our menu for the winter, we want to emphasize that our popular food truck and pita carts remain fully active. Whether you want our well-known pita or some of our new winter dishes, you can still count on the same high quality and taste that you know us for. The winter additions are just an extra opportunity to offer something unique to your guests – we are always ready with both classics and new seasonal favorites.

  • The chef arrives at the agreed address 1 hour before mealtime unless otherwise agreed.
  • We will only charge your card 14 days before the dinner.

We don't just grill our meat, we flame-grill it. Whether you're into juicy beef tenderloin, tender lamb leg, crispy chicken, creamy halloumi cheese, or vegan veggie balls, we have the perfect pita for you.
Our ingredients are of the highest quality, the portions are generous, and we make sure you never leave hungry.

We stand for: Freshness, quality, and lightning-fast service with a big smile! Stop by, grab your pita, and enjoy an experience that satisfies both your stomach and your mood!

We have multiple active food trucks, which allow us to handle multiple events simultaneously or deliver multiple concepts to a given event.
At large events, we can deliver 12 pitas per minute, always focusing on high quality.

Our primary focus is on large gourmet pitas and bowls, which form the core of our offerings.
Additionally, we offer:
- Pork roast sandwiches
- Wilddogs
- Oktoberfest menu
- Christmas lunch platters

We also offer the following services:
- All You Can Eat
- Specific number of units (e.g., 120 pita breads)
- Catering, typically with our bowls and customized choice of content (protein, greens, etc.)

Hvad sker der, når jeg sender en anmodning til kokken?
Når du sender en anmodning til en kok, opretter du samtidig en profil, så du vil blive adviseret, når kokken har sendt et svar på anmodningen. Du vil få adgang til en beskedtråd, hvor du til hver en tid kan skrive til kokken og aftale nærmere.
Kan jeg ændre på kokkens menu?
Du kan vælge at tage udgangspunkt i en af kokkenes menuer eller få skræddersyet en menu lige til dine smagsløg.
Er du mere til fisk end kød? Eller foretrækker du kage frem for is til dessert? Send en anmodning til kokken og del dine ønsker, så I kan sammensætte en menu, der passer til dig og dit selskab. Kokken har derudover også mulighed for at lave alternative menuer baseret på allergier samt børnemenuer.

Du vil kunne se længere oppe på siden, hvad kokken har af krav til dit køkken, samt hvad kokken har mulighed for at medbringe. Er du i tvivl, kan du spørge kokken, når du har sendt en anmodning.
Hvad skal jeg selv stå for, når jeg booker en kok?
Kokken står får både indkøb, madlavning, servering og oprydning i køkkenet. Derfor skal du blot stå for at dække bord, drikkevarer (medmindre du har tilkøb vinmenu eller lign.) og nyde tiden med dine gæster om bordet.
