Beef tenderloin tartare is served with pickled daikon, adding a fresh tart flavor, and a smoked cheese emulsion, providing a delicate, smoky creaminess. The dish is completed with crispy potato croquettes, adding texture and a deep flavor of potato.
Main course
Beef Wellington is an elegant dish where tender beef tenderloin is encased in crispy puff pastry with a layer of flavorful mushroom duxelles. Served with classic pommes duchesse, which are fluffy mashed potatoes shaped and baked into golden peaks, as well as a mushroom red wine sauce that adds a deep, rich flavor.
Dessert
Mille Feuille is a layered dessert with crispy, velvety puff pastry layers, filled with a fresh orange cream that provides a citrusy balance. Salted caramel adds a deep and caramelized sweetness, while the sorbet adds a refreshing, slightly tangy contrast that completes the dessert's harmonious flavor experience.

Lovely evening with wonderful food. Tamas was the perfect mix of friendly and professional and let the food speak for itself.
We appreciated his flexibility to accommodate our wishes outside of his menu, so we could have the experience we wanted.
