Choose your own 3 to 6-course Indian non-vegetarian menu, featuring bold, regional flavors from across the subcontinent. From smoky kebabs to slow-cooked biryanis, each course brings something unique to the table—flavor-packed, no shortcuts, and made with care.

Guest Choice, We decide menu based on our guest preferences, here are some suggestions from us.

1. Murgh Malai Tikka – Tender chicken marinated in cream, cheese, and cardamom, chargrilled to perfection.

2. Amritsari Macchi Bites – Crispy gram flour–battered fish with ajwain and lemon, served with dill chutney.

3. Lamb Galouti Kebab – Melt-in-the-mouth Awadhi minced lamb kebabs on saffron mini parathas.

4. Beef Pepper Fry Tartlets – South Indian-style slow-cooked beef in black pepper masala, served in crisp tart shells.

Main course
Guest Choice, We decide menu based on our guest preferences, here are some suggestions from us.

1. Murgh Makhani – Succulent tandoori chicken simmered in a buttery tomato-fenugreek gravy, finished with cream and a dash of smoke.

2. Kosha Mangsho – Slow-cooked Bengali-style mutton curry with caramelized onions and warm spices, rich, bold, and deeply satisfying.

3. Mangalorean Fish Curry – Coastal-style seared fish fillet in a fiery coconut and tamarind gravy, served with red rice or appams.

4. Nalli Nihari – Fall-off-the-bone lamb shanks braised overnight in a spiced marrow-rich gravy, served with saffron sheermal or khameeri roti.

5. Beef Sukka with Malabar Parotta – Dry-roasted beef chunks with coconut, curry leaves, and crushed pepper — spicy, rustic, and wildly addictive.

6. Chettinad Chicken Curry – Fiery South Indian chicken curry with roasted spices, black pepper, and a bold, aromatic finish — not for the faint-hearted.

Dessert
We decide menu based on our guest preferences, here are some suggestions which we have served before.

1. Gulkand Shahi Tukda – Saffron-soaked bread with rose-petal jam and rabri, finished with silver leaf.

2. Kesar Phirni – Creamy rice pudding set in clay pots, infused with saffron and cardamom.

3. Pista Badam Kulfi – Traditional slow-cooked kulfi with pistachios and almonds, served with falooda.

4. Moong Dal Halwa – Rich lentil halwa slow-roasted in ghee, garnished with edible gold and slivered nuts.

Hi,
I’m Sana. Originally from India, I’ve spent the past 10 years working in professional kitchens across the world—from luxury restaurants in Dubai to Michelin-starred spaces and now, Copenhagen, where I’ve built my own culinary venture: Sura by Sana.

Sura by Sana is a progressive Indian kitchen that reimagines regional Indian cuisine using locally sourced Danish ingredients. We offer 3 to 6-course dining experiences tailored to your occasion—whether it’s an intimate dinner, brunch with friends, or a private celebration.

My style is rooted in bold Indian flavors, refined plating, and thoughtful storytelling through food. I also create full vegan and vegetarian menus inspired by India’s naturally plant-based traditions.

Når du sender en anmodning til en kok, opretter du samtidig en profil, så du vil blive adviseret, når kokken har sendt et svar på anmodningen. Du vil få adgang til en beskedtråd, hvor du til hver en tid kan skrive til kokken og aftale nærmere.
Kan jeg ændre på kokkens menu?
Du kan vælge at tage udgangspunkt i en af kokkenes menuer eller få skræddersyet en menu lige til dine smagsløg.
Er du mere til fisk end kød? Eller foretrækker du kage frem for is til dessert? Send en anmodning til kokken og del dine ønsker, så I kan sammensætte en menu, der passer til dig og dit selskab. Kokken har derudover også mulighed for at lave alternative menuer baseret på allergier samt børnemenuer.

Hvad skal jeg selv stå for, når jeg booker en kok?
Kokken står får både indkøb, madlavning, servering og oprydning i køkkenet. Derfor skal du blot stå for at dække bord, drikkevarer (medmindre du har tilkøb vinmenu eller lign.) og nyde tiden med dine gæster om bordet.
