Reception snacks - A warm welcome. Small, delicate bites served upon arrival while the bubbles are poured and the atmosphere spreads. For example:
- Crispy mini tarts with seasonal greens
- Mini blinis with smoked salmon and creme fraiche
- Small bruschetta with tomato, basil, and olive oil

Starter
Starter - Freshness and finesse. A light, refined start that awakens the appetite. E.g.:
- Creamy burrata with grilled vegetables, pickled onions and herb oil
- Thinly sliced scallop ceviche with citrus, dill and crispy herbs
- Beef tenderloin carpaccio with truffle mayonnaise, crispy potato, pickled red onions and grated West Coast cheese
