Snack
Reception snacks - A warm welcome. Small, delicate bites served upon arrival while the bubbles are poured and the atmosphere spreads. For example:
- Crispy mini tarts with seasonal greens
- Mini blinis with smoked salmon and creme fraiche
- Small bruschetta with tomato, basil, and olive oil

Starter
Starter - Freshness and finesse. A light, refined start that awakens the appetite. E.g.:
- Creamy burrata with grilled vegetables, pickled onions and herb oil
- Thinly sliced scallop ceviche with citrus, dill and crispy herbs
- Beef tenderloin carpaccio with truffle mayonnaise, crispy potato, pickled red onions and grated West Coast cheese

Intermediate course
Appetizer - Tasty surprise. A small extra serving that allows for playfulness and personality. For example:
- Seasonal soup, such as green asparagus or creamy Jerusalem artichoke, with crispy topping
- Alternatively, a small fish dish like pan-fried halibut with beurre blanc and caviar

Main course
Main course - The highlight of the party. An elegant dish that satisfies both the eyes and the palate.
- Tender slow-cooked veal tenderloin with celeriac puree, spring greens, and red wine sauce
- Vegetarian option: Grilled portobello with parmesan risotto, truffle oil, and toasted nuts

Intermediate course
Ganerenser – A fresh break. A small bite that resets the taste buds and provides new energy. For example,
- Lemon and mint sorbet served in small glasses
- My take on a tangy apple pie served on a spoon

Dessert
Dessert - Sweet ending to the meal. A dessert that is both festive and photogenic. E.g.:
- Chocolate terrine with passion fruit, fresh berries, and crisp crumble

Late Night Snack – Cozy conclusion. When the dancing is in full swing, I ensure a warm, salty bite to keep the party going. For example:

We had specifically requested Daniel again. He is skilled at sensing the mood among the guests and participating to the extent that is appropriate and necessary. He excels in every area, so we are very satisfied.

My colleagues and I participated in the team-building activity led by Chef Daniel. Daniel brought some very nice recipes for us, and guided us in the preparation and cooking. We had a lot of fun and I would highly recommend it!

Daniel made a super delicious menu for our daughter's confirmation, which we and our guests greatly appreciated. Nice presentation of the dishes. Daniel seemed very well-prepared and professional, and we would gladly use him again.

Does your next event or staff/customer arrangement need to be something truly special?

Buffet, share food, plated 3- or 5-course menu or course/team building for private and corporate.

Together we will find the perfect setting for your event. You provide a budget and your wishes for the event and menu, from which I will advise you on how it can best be realized. Alternatively, I can suggest a menu based on my experience.

I also offer cooking classes and team building events for private individuals, associations, and companies. Courses in traditional fine dining as well as pizza courses.

Er du mere til fisk end kød? Eller foretrækker du kage frem for is til dessert? Send en anmodning til kokken og del dine ønsker, så I kan sammensætte en menu, der passer til dig og dit selskab. Kokken har derudover også mulighed for at lave alternative menuer baseret på allergier samt børnemenuer.

Kokken står får både indkøb, madlavning, servering og oprydning i køkkenet. Derfor skal du blot stå for at dække bord, drikkevarer (medmindre du har tilkøb vinmenu eller lign.) og nyde tiden med dine gæster om bordet.
