About the event:
Imagine MasterChef competitions combined with communication and collaboration exercises and a masterclass in cooking.

An event over 3 hours, where you are challenged together, celebrating successes, eating the delicious dishes you have made from scratch, plated and served like in a gourmet restaurant, while enjoying each other's company and creating a closer bond with your colleagues or customers.

You will be challenged by classic but challenging elements such as:
- Achieving the perfect roasting of meat
- Sauce and emulsification work
- Making crispy skin or perfect skin on fish
- Baking that requires precision
- Hitting the right consistency in risotto

You always work with the freshest and finest seasonal ingredients, with a focus on Danish organic products.

I will come to your canteen/kitchen and hold the event, which starts whenever you wish and lasts a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 5 hours. You will be divided into teams, provided with chef hats and aprons, and assigned recipes for each element, with timing indications for the preparation of the individual dishes. You will need to discuss within your team who will make which dishes and when they should start/finish, so everything is ready AT THE SAME TIME. Along the way, I will teach you techniques that make it easier for you to succeed and that you can use in the future in your own kitchen. You will plate the food in the best way and serve the dishes to each other, enjoying each other's company.

I guarantee laughter and joy. And sometimes tears ;-)

The price of 250 DKK is per participant per hour. So if you have 5 participants for 3 hours, the cost is 3,750 DKK - the same as a 3-course meal at a good restaurant, but much more fun!

If you do not have a suitable location, I will investigate options in your local area, which can often be a school kitchen or a community hall. In such a case, there will be an additional price for renting the location.

Beverages can be added to the event for 150 DKK per person.

My colleagues and I participated in the team-building activity led by Chef Daniel. Daniel brought some very nice recipes for us, and guided us in the preparation and cooking. We had a lot of fun and I would highly recommend it!

Daniel cooked for my daughter's confirmation and it was a really good experience with super delicious food and a chef in high spirits - well-prepared and enthusiastic. Good communication with both the guests and the staff. We would like to warmly recommend Daniel.

Daniel made a super delicious menu for our daughter's confirmation, which we and our guests greatly appreciated. Nice presentation of the dishes. Daniel seemed very well-prepared and professional, and we would gladly use him again.

Does your next event or staff/customer arrangement need to be something truly special?

Buffet, share food, plated 3- or 5-course menu or course/team building for private and corporate.

Together we will find the perfect setting for your event. You provide a budget and your wishes for the event and menu, from which I will advise you on how it can best be realized. Alternatively, I can suggest a menu based on my experience.

I also offer cooking classes and team building events for private individuals, associations, and companies. Courses in traditional fine dining as well as pizza courses.

Når du sender en anmodning til en kok, opretter du samtidig en profil, så du vil blive adviseret, når kokken har sendt et svar på anmodningen. Du vil få adgang til en beskedtråd, hvor du til hver en tid kan skrive til kokken og aftale nærmere.

Hvad skal jeg selv stå for, når jeg booker en kok?
Kokken står får både indkøb, madlavning, servering og oprydning i køkkenet. Derfor skal du blot stå for at dække bord, drikkevarer (medmindre du har tilkøb vinmenu eller lign.) og nyde tiden med dine gæster om bordet.
