I am a happy, energetic, and creative chef, 31 years old, who loves to create and deliver wonderful dining experiences. I graduated in the fall of 2018 with a gold medal for my final apprenticeship exam. Throughout my 4 years of apprenticeship, I have acquired a broad repertoire of skills. I love to mix ingredients and techniques from the classical French cuisine with Nordic flavors and presentation techniques. It is the creative process in cooking and menu composition that I love the most. In addition to a love for the savory kitchen, desserts and cakes also hold a very special place in my heart. I have always worked extra focused and intensively in the sweet kitchen, and it all culminated in March 2018, when I brought home a silver medal at the Danish Chocolate Competition. I look forward to making some delicious food for you and making your event something truly special!

Sara has created the experience for our confirmation event. The best in abundant amounts, beautifully presented and beautifully served. We are so glad that we chose Sara, who has helped with everything from planning to clearing up. Good and easy communication, just the best of the best.

We had the pleasure of having Sara for my husband's birthday party. Sara conjured up 2 dishes in no time. The food looked great, tasted good, and there was enough of it. Sara was very well-prepared, easy to collaborate with, and flexible with menu composition regarding different guests. The kitchen was left in super clean condition and Sara was generous enough to help serve the dessert, which was not part of her menu (it was our choice). We will definitely have Sara at the party next time and give 6 out of 5 stars!
