Jeg er uddannet kok fra kokkeskolen i 2004. Mad er ikke kun mit arbejde, men også min store passion i livet. Jeg arbejder med mad i sæson med et twist af vilde ingredienser fra den danske natur. Jeg er meget bekendt med vilde råvarer, sæsonerne og samler selv vildt fra naturen flere gange om ugen. Jeg tilbyder rustikt, velsmagende mad lavet fra bunden og en fantastisk spiseoplevelse med sans for detaljer, og mad der er farverigt både i smag og udseende. Det er muligt at arrangere, at man er med på en tur i naturen og sanke (samle) vild mad til måltidet, alt afhængigt af lokation, og bagefter får serveret mad med vildt.
