Hi, I'm Stefano,
I am an Italian producer of handcrafted cured meats and salami in Denmark. I use only Danish Duroc pork and local ingredients, following the Italian tradition. All our salami are handcrafted, following the Italian artisanal tradition. I offer ready-to-eat charcuterie platters for weddings, funerals, and parties, delivered directly to the customer with no need for slicing.¨
I also offer a buffet with burrata, focaccia, and a selection of mixed cured meats—everything is sliced and ready to be enjoyed.
I serve a variety of traditional Italian salami, including Veneto Salami, Sopressa, Coppa, Oko, Lonzino, and aged Salami. Each portion is 30g of each type, for a total of 300g.
