Flavor of Danish summer Well-aged Danish beef tenderloin roasted with coarse mustard and brown sugar. Carrot puree made from new Danish carrots, crispy green asparagus, sauce of apple mash and chicken. Small potatoes from our own garden.

My name is Mike Kirk Pedersen.
I take great pride in giving guests a fantastic evening. I love to cook and have always done so.
For several years, I ran a business with a friend (Martin Jensen) called Kirk&Jensen, where we did everything from 8-course menus for 8 people to 4-course menus for 130 people. We gladly offered the complete package with waiters, plates, service, tents, etc., etc.

That time is over now, and we have both chosen to focus on family life and full-time work. Both as head chefs in Copenhagen.

What we would like to offer now is what we did once, just not so often.
- We want to be completely honest and say: We miss it..
The atmosphere is something very special out among the guests, whether it's a spring confirmation or a summer wedding.

Kokken står får både indkøb, madlavning, servering og oprydning i køkkenet. Derfor skal du blot stå for at dække bord, drikkevarer (medmindre du har tilkøb vinmenu eller lign.) og nyde tiden med dine gæster om bordet.

Mike made a 4-course menu last Saturday for our silver wedding anniversary. The food was fantastic and has received a lot of praise from our guests. I can definitely recommend Mike when you have guests next time. We were extremely satisfied.

Super menu - well-prepared - well-composed. Calm and overview in the kitchen. Appropriate portions plated, alternating with platter servings. Really delicious bread. Thus, everyone's hunger was suitably covered. Everyone was VERY satisfied!!!!

We had booked Mike for our wedding, and it was an amazing experience. The food was top-notch, and all our guests pointed this out during the evening, and Mike and his team presented and served the food incredibly beautifully and professionally!😊
