Jeg hedder Mike Kirk Pedersen. Jeg sætter en kæmpe ære i at give gæster en fantastisk aften. Jeg elsker at lave og har altid gjort det. Jeg har gennem flere år drevet en virksomhed med en ven (Martin Jensen) som hed Kirk&Jensen, i virksomheden lavede vi alt fra 8 retters menuer til 8 cou og 4 retters menuer til 130 cou. Vi tilbød gerne den samlede pakke med tjenere, tallerkner, service, telt osv osv. Det tid er ovre nu og vi har begge valgt at fokusere på familielivet og fuldtidsarbejde. Begge som køkkenchefer i kbh. Det som vi gerne vil tilbyde nu, er hvad vi gjorde engang blot ikke så ofte. - Vi vil gerne være helt ærlig og sige: Vi savner det.. Stemningen er noget helt særligt ude blandt gæsterne om det er så en forårskonfirmation eller et sommerbryllup. Så tøv ikke med at tage kontakt til os, så kigger vi kalenderen igennem straks.

When you send a request to a chef, you create a profile at the same time, so you will be notified when the chef has sent a response to the request. You will get access to a message thread, where you can write to the chef at any time and make further arrangements.
You can choose to start from one of the chefs' menus or have a menu tailored just for your taste buds.
Are you more into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake to ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes so that you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef also has the option of creating alternative menus based on allergies and children's menus.
You will be able to see further up the page what the chef's requirements are for your kitchen, as well as what the chef is able to bring. If you are in doubt, you can ask the chef after you have sent a request.
The chef is responsible for both shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. Therefore, you just have to be responsible for setting the table, drinks (unless you have an additional wine menu or similar) and enjoy the time with your guests around the table.
