My style of cooking is based from the latin american kitchen and it is also my speciality. Dishes from the north of Mexico to the south of Argentina, working with the seasonal ingredients, in all the regions.
I love pure and fresh flavours - and to cook an amazing traditionally asado adjusted perfectly for my guests. Now I live in Denmark, and I really enjoy to create dishes for you vikings :-)

Carolina is charming and smiling, you can feel she loves to cook and gives the guests a great dining experience :o).
When the dinner (unfortunately) was over, you couldn't tell that 6 courses had been made in the kitchen.
She can truly be recommended

Carolina and her team made nothing short of amazing food for our wedding party. My wife is from Venezuela and Carolina created a three-course Latin American menu that all our Danish and European guests loved. She took care of portion servings, the serving was beautiful, the taste was fantastic, the portions were generous, and coordination went smoothly. She also provided good vegetarian alternatives and presented the food to our guests. All in all, thoroughly professional. 10/10 - she and the team delivered significantly higher than we what we thought was possible. Thank you so much Carolina for helping to make our party fantastic.

We had 12 good friends over, where Carolina and the server Luca took care of a 7-course tasting menu, with accompanying cocktails. It was a supremely fine experience. Carolina created a fantastic atmosphere and carried us all through the many delicious dishes. Luca ensured that there were filled glasses and served up delicious cocktails tailored to the menu. And the kitchen was cleaned when everyone went home (LUXURY) An all-around delightful experience. Can only be recommended. Nice to have guests without having to be the chef, server, and host. Good dialogue leading up to the evening, and everything went as agreed.
