Such a great at-home dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, made with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented. Every dish was full of flavour and clearly prepared with care. The service was friendly, professional and made the whole experience feel relaxed and special. It honestly felt like having a top restaurant in our own home. Highly recommended!

Giulia prepared food for an event where we were a total of 8 people at my home. The food was wonderful and she was incredibly friendly and pleasant and blended in well, which was important in such a small gathering. I can highly recommend Giulia and would also very much like to use her again on another occasion.

Giulia lavede mad til en middagsselskab for fire, og alt var perfekt. Kommunikation var glat, måltidet var lækkert, og køkkenet var efterladt pletfrit. Anbefales stærkt!

Giulia made a 4-course menu, snacks for my round birthday. Super good communication leading up to the day, and everything went as agreed on the day, all serving and tidying up were perfect in the evening, and Giulia and her partner made the evening a pleasure for me as the host. The menu's highlights were the two appetizers (pumpkin flan with goat cheese and almonds, as well as mushroom risotto focaccia breads).

I'm Giulia, a passionate italian chef. I have been living in Copenhagen for more than 7 years and I have worked in various types of restaurants: Italian, danish, fusion. The menu I want to propose contains all my past experiences, with my personal vision. I have a keen eye for using seasonal ingredients and enhancing vegetables.
Being a personal chef is my second job. For this reason, in order to prepare for a dinner, I will need at least a week's notice (from the request to the dinner)

What if I haven't planned the event yet?
We recommend sending a request so you can make sure the chef is available on your chosen date.
After confirmation you will still be able to:

We recommend reserving your date as early as possible by sending a request to the chef, especially for weekends and around holidays or celebrations.

What happens when I send a request to the chef?
When you send a request to a chef, you also create a profile, so you will be notified when the chef has replied to the request. You get access to a message thread where you can write to the chef at any time and agree on the details.
Can I change the chef's menu?
You can start from one of the chef's menus or have a menu tailored to your taste.
More into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake over ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes, so together you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef can also make alternative menus based on allergies as well as children's menus.

What do I need to take care of myself when I book a chef?
The chef handles shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. So you just need to set the table, provide drinks (unless you have added a wine menu or similar) and enjoy the time with your guests around the table.
