Med 17 år i restaurationsbranchen har jeg efterhånden prøvet lidt af hvert. Fra Michelin til kantine. Catering, selskaber af alle størrelser, fine dining, a la carte og buffet. Jeg laver al slags mad fra fugl til fisk og alt der i mellem. Jeg er uddannet i det fransk, men har også arbejdet med italiensk, nordisk og asiatiske køkken. Jeg er altid glad og og modtagelig for al slags input til at gøre din aften speciel.
