From her roots at a small bakery in her Canadian hometown, she has expanded her culinary horizons globally as a private chef. Having worked and studied across North America, Europe, South America and Asia. She holds two certificates degrees in molecular and gastronomic sciences from Harvard and is a regional finalist for the upcoming Hawksworth Young Chef Scholarship Award. With operational bases in Canada, Belgium and Denmark, her food services are available worldwide and she stands ready to bring her international culinary acumen anywhere her clients wish to "Eat well".
