My name is Alexander Alaydrus. I am 25 years old and I am a trained chef.
I've been working in the restaurant industry for just under 13 years. I started out as a dishwasher and now I work as a sous chef at Restaurant Leaven in Copenhagen K.
My cooking style is versatile, but meticulous all the way through and I never compromise on quality. Whether you want a new Nordic feast, a classic Francophile experience or an authentic Latin American social dining concept, we can always agree. Furthermore, I cater to all requests and needs, whether it's food for vegans, vegetarians or people who are just generally fat-shy.
