Gift cards purchased at Chefme.dk are only digital. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver the gift cards in physical form.

The gift cards can be used for all menus and chefs at ChefMe. If the balance does not cover the total amount, the remainder can be paid with one of our other payment methods.

The gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Be sure to save the confirmation email or digital gift card, as we are unable to recreate the unique code on the card.

The gift cards can be both bought and received all over the world, but please note that we currently only have chefs in Denmark, which is why we can only offer the hire of chefs within the country's borders.

The amount is stated in the confirmation email and on the back of the gift card. If you have not used all the money on the gift card, you can contact our customer service and state your unique code to get information on the balance on the card.

We currently accept Dankort, VISA and Mastercard. If you do not have one of these cards, you can contact our customer service, who can help with an alternative solution.

Yes, the gift cards can both be bought and used by private individuals and businesses. If you have special requests, you can contact our customer service, who can help with your request.
