Hi! I am Elisa, a chef from Italy, in Copenhagen since 2015.
During my culinary journey as a Pastry and Head Chef in some of the most famous italian restaurants in Copenhagen I perfected techniques, knowledge and explored new and traditional flavors.
I have got the upmost respect for the raw material.
I am specialized in vegan cuisine, and pastry.

I cook with the conviction that olfactory and taste memories can bring people back to happy places. My mission is to make your dining experience unforgettable, provide impeccable service, while you and your guests enjoy your time together.
