My name is Jonathan and I've been a chef for almost 7 years, but I've only recently started my apprenticeship. I have always loved cooking and that's why I ended up in the kitchen. First at Yatai by Jens Rahbek (sticks n'sushi founder) where I got the desire to learn more. So I started the chef training program and have spent my time as a student getting to know different cuisines and techniques. I have made everything from Nordic, French and most recently Spanish tapas.
I'm an open and happy person, so feel free to write to me and let's come up with the perfect menu for your party.
