I have 20 years in the industry behind me and have worked in 7 different countries, mostly Asia, where much of my inspiration comes from. I have been through the whole journey, first as a dishwasher to have some pocket money, to kitchen boy during high school, to being a chef for the last 10 years in many exciting places.
