About the chef

For the past two and a half years, La Chica Mala has spoiled parties large and small with plant-based Mexican food. The summer of 2023 has offered a wonderful range of tasks, from cooking for PDH Music artists, KEA, Copenhell, Prada, Loyal and CBS's back to school day. We've also had the honor of being a part of several company parties, weddings and confirmations.
It has been a great experience to expand our concept to include smaller parties, which is why we are now also part of ChefMe.
La Chica Mala was created after many adventurous years in Mexico. I quickly discovered that vegan food is a great addition to Mexican cuisine - light, delicious, colorful and full of flavor. This is how I've lived for the last 25 years as a vegan.
