Hi there
My name is Andreas stecher, I am 21 years old, and I am currently an apprentice at Brøndums hotel in Skagen.
Through my work, I have become acquainted with running a number of parties in private homes and various outdoor events.
I am a huge food nerd and enjoy getting out into nature and finding exciting ingredients that I can serve to my guests.
My primary competencies are fine dining and larger parties, with the option of exclusive ingredients and wine/champagne menus.
I am also a huge nature person, so I would love to cook over a campfire, either as part of some team building or just an alternative food experience.
