I'm Charlotte, 32 years old and a trained gourmet chef.

My passion lies in fine dining;
- I focus on good, Danish ingredients, as local as possible, where I have hand-picked the producers, so I know that the ingredients I serve are the best in my opinion!
- I care about aesthetic execution - the taste must be top notch, and so must the appearance, you also eat with your eyes!
- I'm all about the extra, to give, to perform, and to be that extra, that's my goal to give you the unforgettable gastronomic experience you want!
My cuisine is Nordic, with techniques and creativity from the gourmet world, with an eye for seasonal ingredients and aesthetic execution.

I do fine dining, which means you don't get soup, roast, and ice cream with an abundance of food on the plate, you get small intense servings, focusing on the individual ingredient and the execution behind it, but of course with the feeling of satiety afterwards!

I do both intimate dinners and larger parties - contact me and together we will find what you need and want.

Casual snacks can also be purchased as a starter, or petit four for coffee afterwards - look under options :)

Driving surcharge will be DKK 250 per 50 km from Randers NV 8920, and this will be calculated based on the address where the party is to be held, and the surcharge will be added to the envelope price :)
