Foreword

A five-course gourmet experience that stretches throughout the evening and spoils you and your guests. Additionally, a wine menu can be added, as well as the option to include truffle (3 g) and gold caviar (5 g) for an extra 125 DKK per person and 200 DKK per person, respectively.

Served from March and towards midsummer, with the possibility of changes on individual items.

Pate a choux (cream puff) with seafood salad, lemon jelly, apple, and chives.

Steamed white asparagus with mousseline and herb salad

Cold poached salmon, buttermilk sauce with dill oil, pickled onions and rye bread crumble

Main course
Beef tenderloin with potato siphon, new potatoes, fried green asparagus and carrots with tops, bordelaise sauce.

Caramelized apple tart with calvados ice cream and nougatine

Adam went beyond our expectations. It was a dinner oppurtunity among 8 business men travering together in Denmark. We invited Adam to be our shef of the last night in Copenhagen. Food was of course great, in addition to that , his service spilit was unbelivalby profeesional. Highly recommended

Fantastic VIP experience!

Adam went above and beyond to give us an amazing evening, and the food was exquisite. There was nothing to criticize, and it was all worth it. I can only recommend booking Adam for your next event - you won't regret it!

Meet Adam D.
My name is Adam and I stand behind the food. I trained as a chef in 2014 and have experience from a number of renowned restaurants, including both Michelin and Bib Gourmand restaurants.

With a great passion for fresh ingredients and both classic as well as innovative flavor combinations, my goal is for every serving to provide a complete culinary experience.

Whether it's a smaller, informal dinner or a larger festive event, I can create a menu tailored to your wishes and needs. Alternatively, you can choose one of the carefully crafted menus available on my profile.

Additionally, food delivery without a chef is offered for those who wish to have high gastronomic quality served in their own setting without staff present.

To complete the experience, you can also add a wine menu, carefully curated for the individual dishes with a focus on classic and harmonious wine and food pairings.

For gatherings of more than 8 people where the food is to be served plated, it is recommended to add a waiter, so that the quality and temperature of the food remain proper upon serving.
