Foreword

A five-course gourmet experience that stretches throughout the evening pampering you and your guests. In addition, a wine menu can be added as well as the option to add truffle (3 g) and caviar (5 g) for respectively 125 DKK per person and 200 DKK per person.

Served from March until mid July, subject to seasonal availability of certain items.

Pate a choux (cream puff) with seafood salad, lemon jelly, apple, and chives.

Steamed white asparagus with mousseline and herbs

Pork trout, buttermilk sauce with dill oil, pickled onions, and rye bread crumble

Beef tenderloin with potato siphon, new potatoes, fried green asparagus, and small carrots with tops, bordelaise sauce.

Caramelized apple tart with calvados ice cream and nougatine

We had the pleasure of Adam for our New Year's Eve.

It can only be recommended. The food was absolutely fantastic, Adam was really pleasant to have visiting, and he had tidied up the kitchen so nicely afterwards.

Adam was very quick to respond as well as showing great flexibility in setting the menu for my 62nd birthday.

It turned into an intimate gourmet experience for the closest family, where we had a 5-course menu.

The food was delicious and well-prepared by a finely communicating and engaged chef.

Adam has my warmest recommendation.

Meet Adam D.
My name is Adam and I stand behind the food. I am a trained chef since 2014 and have experience from a number of recognized restaurants, including both Michelin and Bib Gourmand restaurants.

With a great passion for fresh ingredients and both classic as well as innovative flavor combinations, my goal is for each serving to provide a complete culinary experience.

Whether it is about a smaller, informal dinner or a larger festive event, I can assemble a menu that is tailored to your specific wishes and needs. Alternatively, you can choose one of the well-thought-out menus that have already been prepared.

Food delivery without a chef is also offered, for those who want high gastronomic quality served in their own setting without full service.

To complete the experience, wine menus can also be added, carefully matched to the individual dishes with a focus on classic and harmonious wine and food pairing.

For gatherings of more than 8 people, it is recommended to add a waiter, so the food is served correctly and at optimal temperature.
