Foreword
I have put together a flavor journey through South America, where each dish tells its own story. We start with fresh ceviche, move on to juicy beef tenderloin, and finish with sweet small desserts. This menu is for those special moments – birthdays, anniversaries, or weddings – where one wants to create memories with loved ones.
I offer great flexibility with my menus – feel free to contact me if you wish to customize or change the dishes.
I also offer alternatives for guests with special dietary needs (vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free, etc.) at no extra cost.

Anaïs was very friendly, arrived on time, and was very helpful and service-minded. The food was delicious and it was nice to have something other than the classic soup, roast, and ice cream.

There was great flexibility regarding special needs. Anaïs and her helper served fantastic food and helped make the party a great experience.

Utterly delicious food and super sweet and friendly staff. Beautifully arranged and served - and everything was cleared up and the kitchen left spotless.

My name is Anaïs, and I am a professional chef with roots in Belgium and the Dominican Republic. I have worked in the kitchen since I was 18 years old, both in Denmark and Belgium, as a chef and kitchen manager.
In 2021, I participated in a culinary and pastry course in the south of France, where I immersed myself in techniques and flavor combinations from French cuisine.
Today, I run Anaïs Dining and work as a private chef and caterer. I create personal dining experiences from scratch with fresh ingredients, inspired by Southern European, Caribbean, and Danish cuisine.
My focus is on taste, quality, and a memorable experience for you and your guests. I always customize the menu according to your wishes and also offer solutions for special dietary needs at no extra cost.
