Super delicious food and really nice communication with Kristoffer before the start of the event.
The only "minus" was that it wasn't Kristoffer who showed up on the day, but a friend/employee, which would have been nice to know beforehand. The person was not very talkative, especially during the first period after the chef's arrival, which made it a bit awkward.
Furthermore, it would be nice to know in advance exactly which tools the chef will need upon arrival :-)

Meet Kristoffer R.
My name is Kristoffer Randrup and I stand behind Randrup Dining.
I cook because I like to create great experiences – and because I know how much it matters that things just work when you have invited guests.

My menus are always meant as inspiration. For me, the dialogue is the most important thing, and I am happy to have the conversation one more time, so we land on the right solution. Whether it's the menu, the atmosphere, the pace, or small details, I am willing to go the extra mile to make sure your event is exactly as you envisioned.

When you book Randrup Dining, it can be me – or one of my skilled colleagues – who takes care of the food. What we all have in common is that we show up well-prepared, have everything under control, and take responsibility all the way through, so you can relax and enjoy the day or evening.

I emphasize:
Good dialogue and honest expectation management
Properness and reliable delivery
Food that is well thought out – without being too fancy

Whether it’s a smaller dinner or a larger event, my goal is the same: that you feel secure in the process and happy with the result.
