WEDDING MENU 2026

This menu is for you who are planning a wedding in 2026.

I have over 50 weddings in my experience along with many other large events, so these larger gatherings are something I am really good at!

If you would like a quote for a reception (cake and canapés), late-night snacks, wines, or serving staff, this is also something I can assist with.

There is always homemade bread & butter included with all our menus.

If you desire sharing/social dining, this can also be arranged!

Allergens, vegetarians, etc. will of course be taken into account.

I had the menu made consisting of 4 courses with Niklas and he followed my wishes to the letter. The food was absolutely fantastic and Niklas proved to be a truly skilled chef. My highest recommendations from me. Myself and my 11 guests were completely satisfied and we had a delightful evening. Would definitely do it again.

The communication leading up to the event was good and efficient, good flexibility regarding the planning, timely arrival of the chef, good understanding of the role he had in the event and made sure that everyone had a really good dining experience without his presence being too overwhelming.

Meet Niklas J.
My name is Niklas, I am 35 years old and reside in Nørre Aaby on Funen together with my wife and our two young daughters.
I have been self-employed for four years with my company á la maison dining, which I run together with my business partner Christoffer, and I spend my days in Odense where we have our kitchen, where we prepare the food before I come out and give you an unforgettable experience.

I can safely say that I have the best staff of chefs and waiters, who have a high professional pride and, like myself, want to give you the best possible experience with á la maison dining.

When we come out and do private dining, we will give you a restaurant experience in a home-like setting, where we take care of everything from shopping to cooking, serving, presentation, clearing, and dishwashing so you can simply lean back and be present for your guests!

By September 2024, we will have hosted our 50th wedding, so it is something that we and our staff are getting really good at!
We offer everything from a wedding menu to a complete package where we take care of everything from reception to late-night snacks and brunch the next day if there are overnight guests.

I have a great passion for my craft and for the handiwork and a huge respect for the raw materials I work with.
I have a big fondness for French cuisine, but I love to draw inspiration in the form of flavors and raw materials from countries around the world.

So if you wish to host an unforgettable dinner with delicious and well-prepared food, beautifully presented, don't hesitate to send me a message.
I offer everything from private dining to weddings, confirmations, receptions, baptisms, birthdays, gentlemen's evenings, ladies' evenings, corporate events, cooking courses, and other events - big or small.

If other menus are desired, apart from the ones I have made here, this can also be accommodated, and I will of course take into account various allergens, etc.

NOTE:
If there are more than 12 people at an event, it requires a waiter!

Når du sender en anmodning til en kok, opretter du samtidig en profil, så du vil blive adviseret, når kokken har sendt et svar på anmodningen. Du vil få adgang til en beskedtråd, hvor du til hver en tid kan skrive til kokken og aftale nærmere.
Kan jeg ændre på kokkens menu?
Du kan vælge at tage udgangspunkt i en af kokkenes menuer eller få skræddersyet en menu lige til dine smagsløg.
Er du mere til fisk end kød? Eller foretrækker du kage frem for is til dessert? Send en anmodning til kokken og del dine ønsker, så I kan sammensætte en menu, der passer til dig og dit selskab. Kokken har derudover også mulighed for at lave alternative menuer baseret på allergier samt børnemenuer.

Hvad skal jeg selv stå for, når jeg booker en kok?
Kokken står får både indkøb, madlavning, servering og oprydning i køkkenet. Derfor skal du blot stå for at dække bord, drikkevarer (medmindre du har tilkøb vinmenu eller lign.) og nyde tiden med dine gæster om bordet.
