Jeg har 20 års erfaring i branchen - flere af dem på michelin-restauranter såsom Kiin Kiin og Pierre Andre. Efter 10 år i KBH valgte jeg at tage tilbage til mine rødder i den sydfynske muld. I dag har jeg mit eget catering-firma, der hedder Øhavskøkkenet, som er placeret midt i det sydfynske øhav, nærmere Tåsinge. Det er også herfra, jeg henter de fleste af mine råvare, enten fra lokale producenter eller fra min egen store køkkenhave. Are you more into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake to ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes so that you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef also has the option of creating alternative menus based on allergies and children's menus.

The chef is responsible for both shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. Therefore, you just have to be responsible for setting the table, drinks (unless you have an additional wine menu or similar) and enjoy the time with your guests around the table.
