This menu is based on my travels through Asia, where I worked and collected recipes from different places. I find Asian food very fresh and full of Umami.

Summer fresh rolls with braised pork, vegetables and shrimps. Nuoc Cham sauce

Green or Red curry, chicken, beef or seafood. It can also be made vegetarian with Tofu. Herbs
Dessert
Mango sticky rice. A dessert made with glutinous rice, coconut milk and fresh mango. Absolutely delicious and fresh

Rafael had prepared a sublime menu, executed perfectly to the finest details. The conditions were not optimal with 3 dogs and some individual requirements for the dishes, but everything was handled nicely. The guests were overwhelmed by the 4-course menu, and I as the host felt secure and could focus on the evening with my guests. Thanks to Rafael.
