Jer er køkkenchef i meyer .. Jeg mange lidt udfordringer i weekenden så derfor laver jeg dette her også // da jeg elsker af lave lækket mad og give en god oplevels .. Jeg startede som 17-årig, og det var faktisk min farmors mad, der åbnede mine øjne op for kogekunsten. Hun var udlært kogekone, og det var altid en fornøjelse at spise hos hende. Jeg husker især, at hun lavede det vildeste brød, og at hendes retter var lavet på spændende og skæve måder, der virkelig gjorde maden anderledes og lækker at spise. Da jeg var 17 år, kom jeg i lære i restaurationsbranchen, men før det hjalp jeg til hos den afsindigt dygtige michelinkok, Francis Cardenau på St. Kro. Efter at have set ham i et køkken vidste jeg, at jeg ville være kok. Mine faste kunder kalder mig for deres "familiekok", da jeg altid gør en dyd ud af at være smilende, varm og imødekommende. Det er nemlig et tillidsspørgsmål at invitere en privat kok ind i sit hjem.

When you send a request to a chef, you create a profile at the same time, so you will be notified when the chef has sent a response to the request. You will get access to a message thread, where you can write to the chef at any time and make further arrangements.
You can choose to start from one of the chefs' menus or have a menu tailored just for your taste buds.
Are you more into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake to ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes so that you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef also has the option of creating alternative menus based on allergies and children's menus.
