Foreword
In community, we chop and slice, afterwards, we prepare the individual dishes in groups for a communal buffet over open fire. The menu will be based on seasonal wild herbs and Danish vegetables. There is frying, grilling, baking, boiling, and smoking in different ways, and with different equipment.
The events can be tailored to each customer's preference, both in terms of menu and content, so it is always a good idea to call and have a conversation.

Hot smoked salmon with herb mayo, toasted bread, and green salad.

Salad with fried beets, roasted scallions, and beach herbs.
Charred apple/pear salad.
Potatoes a la Portuguese
Braised wild boar with mushrooms and cream.

Twice-baked sourdough bread, with rhubarb compote and Norwegian cream.
Practical
- The chef arrives at the agreed address 1 hour before mealtime unless otherwise agreed.
- We will only charge your card 14 days before the dinner.
- In case of cancellation, your refund will be determined based on our cancellation policy.
