Missing the cake for the big day, then you have found the place!
Together we design the perfect cake that makes the birds sing and brings a smile.
Should it be tangy with passion fruit and mango, taste of Danish strawberries, or be filled with chocolate and caramel? - I will come with plenty of good suggestions, so the cake becomes truly your own.
The cake can be made for 20 up to 150 people.
The cake can be picked up in Copenhagen or delivered on location throughout the country for a transport fee.

Sara made a fantastic menu for our event, which tasted really good. Was well-prepared, humorous, enthusiastic about the food, and left a shiny clean kitchen. She can really be recommended.

First I would like to say that I am disappointed that you cannot rate with one more star...because that is exactly what Sara deserves......
I really think she did a fantastic job from snack to appetizer, to main course and dessert...
The food was presented and served perfectly...
With each individual dish, I thought that if it should be done to perfection, this is how it should be done...Really, really good work...
When Sara had left our company, I just had to go to the kitchen...and you could hardly see that food had been made for 6 people...Everything was cleaned up and tidied...
Really, really good service from here...
There was also consideration for individual wishes regarding how each guest wanted their meat cooked...
We can highly recommend Sara from here...She just did it so well....😊😊😊

Meet Sara B.
I am a happy, energetic, and creative chef who loves to create and deliver beautiful dining experiences.
I was trained in the autumn of 2018 with a gold medal for my apprenticeship.
Over the years in my training, I have acquired a broad repertoire of skills. I love mixing raw ingredients and techniques from classic French cuisine with Nordic flavors and plating techniques. It is the creative process in cooking and menu combinations that I love the most.
In addition to a love for savory cuisine, desserts and cakes also hold a very special place in my heart. I have always worked extra focused and intensively in the pastry kitchen, and it all culminated in March 2018, when I returned home with a silver medal from the Danish Championship in chocolate.
After my education, I have worked in both Bib Gourmand restaurants, volunteered at Alchemist, and had my own company since 2020.
On a daily basis, I work at Timm Vladimir's Kitchen as a chef, instructor, and gastronomic developer.
I also have my own company "Taste of Time" where I create historical food communication, dinners, and brew mead. Follow me on Instagram @tasteoftime.dk

Når du sender en anmodning til en kok, opretter du samtidig en profil, så du vil blive adviseret, når kokken har sendt et svar på anmodningen. Du vil få adgang til en beskedtråd, hvor du til hver en tid kan skrive til kokken og aftale nærmere.
Kan jeg ændre på kokkens menu?
Du kan vælge at tage udgangspunkt i en af kokkenes menuer eller få skræddersyet en menu lige til dine smagsløg.
Er du mere til fisk end kød? Eller foretrækker du kage frem for is til dessert? Send en anmodning til kokken og del dine ønsker, så I kan sammensætte en menu, der passer til dig og dit selskab. Kokken har derudover også mulighed for at lave alternative menuer baseret på allergier samt børnemenuer.
Medbringer kokken alt, hvad der skal bruges?

Hvad skal jeg selv stå for, når jeg booker en kok?
Kokken står får både indkøb, madlavning, servering og oprydning i køkkenet. Derfor skal du blot stå for at dække bord, drikkevarer (medmindre du har tilkøb vinmenu eller lign.) og nyde tiden med dine gæster om bordet.
