Jeg hedder Patrick og jeg er 25 år gammel. Jeg har lavet private dining i 2 år og står bag Firmaet PS Gastro. Jeg er udlært fra Frankrig og haft et par forskellige elevpladser i København i starten af min elevtid. OBS. Det er ikke muligt for mig at være tilstede til alle arrangementer, men frygt ikke fordi mit personale sætter kvalitet først lige som jeg selv. Jeg har før min tid som selvstændig erhvervsdrivende, været køkkenchef og souschef på forskellige restauranter i København. I PS Gastro har vi flere ansatte som elsker at give folk en fantatisk oplevelse. Vores passion er at gøre vores bedste for at jeres aften bliver en af jeres bedste.
