When you book your event with us, we always ensure an exclusive set-up, with high-end gastronomy and the option for a customized wine menu and elegant service, tailored to harmonize with our dishes. If you want to impress your guests with a memorable start to an event, we offer visually stunning taste explosions in the form of welcome snacks and bubbles. In our gastronomic world, we focus on enhancing both flavor and visual appeal at a high level. We have a passionate desire for everything to come together harmoniously, which is why we work uncompromisingly with the best seasonal ingredients from the best producers. Our gastronomic style is modern, refined, and thoughtfully designed to provide you with the best taste experience. The food should reach its full potential and provide you with the most unique gastronomic experience. Therefore, we have accompanied specially selected wines, carefully matched to the menu, and ensured elegant service that complements all our dishes perfectly.

- The chef arrives at the agreed address 1 hour before mealtime unless otherwise agreed.

Ever since Henrik appeared on the Copenhagen food scene in the nineties, pulling Margaritas out of a plastic bucket and serving them with a soup ladle to the city’s celebrities and cultural figures, he has been a world champion at setting the stage for unforgettable parties.
“I come from the French kitchen and have gone through various kitchens and spices to then collect everything in a very, very simplified version. Go to the market, shop, buy what comes to mind and what is available that day. And then home and improvise in the kitchen.”
Henrik’s approach to food is about choosing ingredients from the farm-to-table principle.
“By cooking with the right ingredients, you do the climate and other people a service,” he says.
“The taste experience should of course be top-class, but that doesn't mean it has to be stiff and snobbish. Atmosphere is just as important” (Here you can probably come up with a better quote - that says the same thing)
Henrik also loves to share and you are always welcome to look over his shoulder when he is in the kitchen.
“I like to share my knowledge. I have always been told that when people have stood by and chatted, it has changed their way of seeing food. Because it is so simple, so straightforward in its form, that it is easy to understand,” he says
The Birthday PARTY of all parties
The whole atmosphere and your presence, attitude, and humor were as unmatched as the food. No one forgets the carpenter's saw you used to cut the Cote De Beuf “slices” off the right bone with. The right tool for the right task :-) Everyone had a PARTY and you understood the balance between entertainingly talking about the food and allowing the guests time for each other.

Hvad skal jeg selv stå for, når jeg booker en kok?
Kokken står får både indkøb, madlavning, servering og oprydning i køkkenet. Derfor skal du blot stå for at dække bord, drikkevarer (medmindre du har tilkøb vinmenu eller lign.) og nyde tiden med dine gæster om bordet.

Henrik made food for a fantastic long Sunday lunch.
It was incredibly delicious and exceeded my expectations, even though they were sky-high.
Henrik was incredibly attentive, so besides the wonderful food, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the dishes were served at a pace that suited our appetite and putting the baby to sleep.
I give my highest recommendations.

Birthday party for 10 in a homely setting with our own good wines to complement the amazing wonderful multi-course menu you whipped up.
The entire atmosphere and your presence, attitude, and humor were just as unsurpassed as the food.
No one will forget the saw you used to carve out the Cote De Beuf "slices" from the right leg. The right tool for the right task :-)
Everyone had a PARTY, and you understood the balance between telling about the food - in a particularly entertaining way - and allowing guests to have time with each other. In general, you were very generous with time, and overall, your luxury food (Michelin level) flowed to us in a calm and gentle stream over 5-6 hours!
Everyone enjoyed it, and our kitchen/dining area where we were seated at the table was close to you in the kitchen in the same room, providing a unique evening. THANK YOU!
We got exciting new things we hadn't tried before, perfectly mixed with the traditional desires we had wished for. I didn’t have enough fingers to count all the different servings we got.
We naturally couldn’t eat all the luxury food and had a new private party with the leftovers the next day :-)
