Når i booker jeres arrangement hos os sørger vi altid for et eksklusivt set-up, af high-end gastronomi med mulighed for en tilpasset vinmenu og elegant service, der er afstemt til at harmonere med vores anretninger. Hvis i ønsker at imponere jeres gæster med en start på et arrangement de sent vil glemme, tilbyder vi nogle visuelle flotte smagseksplosioner i form af velkomstsnacks og bobler.
I vores gastronomiske verden tager vi udgangspunkt i at fremme både velsmag og visualitet på højt niveau. Vi har et brændende ønske om at alt skal gå op i en højere enhed, derfor arbejder vi kompromisløst med sæsonens bedste råvarer fra de bedste producenter. Vores gastronomiske stil er moderne, raffineret og gennemtænkt til at give jer den bedste smagsoplevelse. Maden skal opnå sit fulde potentiale og give jer den mest unikke gastronomiske oplevelse. Derfor har vi akkompagneret særligt udvalgte vine, der nøje er tilpasset menuen samt sørget for elegant service, der egner sig perfekt til alle vores anretninger.

Under 10 kuverter er prisen 2.050 kr. pr. person. under alle omstændigheder vil Henrik tage kontakt så i sammen kan finde ud af hvad dine ønsker e,r og hvad for et arrangmenet du ønsker. Prisen vil blive sat udfra dette. Med Henrik i dit køkken får du og dit selskab en oplevelse ud over det usædvanlige. Lige siden Henrik dukkede op på den københavnske madscene i halvfemserne og hev Margurititas op af en plastik spand og servede dem med suppeøse for byens kendisser og kulturpersonligheder, har han været verdensmester i at skabe rammerne for uforglemmelige selskaber. ”Jeg kommer fra det franske køkken og er gået igennem diverse køkkener og krydderier for så at samle det hele op i en meget, meget forenklet version. Gå på markedet, køb ind, køb det, der falder en ind, og som er til rådighed den dag. Og så hjem og improvisere i køkkenet.” Henriks tilgang til maden handler om, at råvarerne skal vælges fra jord-til-bord-princippet. “Hvis man laver mad med de rigtige råvarer, gør man klimaet og andre mennesker en tjeneste,” fortæller han. “Smagsoplevelsen skal selvfølgelig være i topklasse, men derfor behøver det ikke være det stift og snobbet. Stemningen er lige så vigtig” (Her kan du sikkert komme med et bedre citat - der siger det samme) Henrik elsker også at give noget fra sig, og man er altid velkommen til at se ham over skulderen, når han står i et køkken. ”Jeg kan godt li’ at dele min viden. Jeg har altid fået at vide, at når folk har stået og fået en sludder, så har det ændret deres måde at se mad på. For det er så simpelt, så enkelt i sin form, at det er nemt at forstå,” siger Fødselsdags FESTEN over alle Hele atmosfæren og dit nærvær, attitude og humor var lige så uovertruffen som maden. Der er ingen der glemmer tømre saven du skar Cote De Beuf "skiverne" ud af højreben med. Det rigtige værktøj til den rigtige opgave :-) Alle havde en FEST og du forstod balancen mellem at fortælle om maden - på særdeles underholdende vis - og lade gæsterne have tid til hinanden. When should I book a chef at the latest?
We recommend that you reserve your date as early as possible by sending a request to the chef, especially for weekends and during periods of holidays or celebrations.

What happens when I send a request to the chef?
When you send a request to a chef, you create a profile at the same time, so you will be notified when the chef has sent a response to the request. You will get access to a message thread, where you can write to the chef at any time and make further arrangements.
Can I change the chef's menu?
You can choose to start from one of the chefs' menus or have a menu tailored just for your taste buds.
Are you more into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake to ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes so that you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef also has the option of creating alternative menus based on allergies and children's menus.
Does the cook bring everything that is needed?
You will be able to see further up the page what the chef's requirements are for your kitchen, as well as what the chef is able to bring. If you are in doubt, you can ask the chef after you have sent a request.
What do I have to be responsible for when I book a chef?
The chef is responsible for both shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. Therefore, you just have to be responsible for setting the table, drinks (unless you have an additional wine menu or similar) and enjoy the time with your guests around the table.
