The three dishes are selected from the summer season's gems that will make your event truly unforgettable.

Menu - 3 servings
Forret
Ceviche of cod served with salted roe, fresh celery, and pickled green strawberries, arranged with our leche de tigre sauce.
Main course
Pink roasted veal rump, accompanied by a truffle-mushroom Pommes Anna, grilled green asparagus, and our unique honey-pepper sauce.
Dessert
Luscious chocolate cake, arranged with a refreshing strawberry coulis, delicate raw marinated berries, and served with vanilla ice cream

Kokken står får både indkøb, madlavning, servering og oprydning i køkkenet. Derfor skal du blot stå for at dække bord, drikkevarer (medmindre du har tilkøb vinmenu eller lign.) og nyde tiden med dine gæster om bordet.

Sebastian and Sebastian served at my husband's birthday, and the quality was really good. They were very nice to have in the house and served really beautiful dishes. Can absolutely be recommended.

Sebastian and Sebastian made delicious food for my birthday and all the guests thought the food was really delicious. It was wonderful just to be able to enjoy the evening and Sebastian and Sebastian took care of everything. They can definitely make wonderful food, they are reliable and cleaned up everything afterwards, so it was really a wonderful evening with my guests, which they provided for.

We had the pleasure of having 2xSebastian cook for us in the summer house. It was super delicious food made from lovely ingredients. They were good at adjusting the menu according to wishes and needs. We had a couple of children who needed to be put to bed between courses and they were very understanding about this, so necessary breaks were taken. Very good experience and we give them the best recommendations.
