Menuerne bliver skiftet hver anden måned, for at få det bedste ud af årstiderne.
Denne menu tager udgangspunkt i de råvarer som er tilgængelige i sæsonen.
Der er altid hjemmebagt brød og pisket smør med til vores menuer!
Er i over 12 personer vil det kræve en tjener, som bliver afregnet 175 kr. i timen på dagen af kunden.
I er også velkommen til selv at finde serveringspersonale.
Vores priser inkluderer mad og løn til kok.
Er der allergier m.m. vil vi selvfølgelig tage højde for dette.

We had the pleasure of having à la maison dining with Niklas Jensen and Christoffer Omann in charge of the food for our wedding on August 16th – and it simply couldn't have been better.

We had a really good experience with Niklas and his team. The communication leading up to the day was excellent – quick responses and an accommodating approach. Niklas provided a well-thought-out menu proposal that was easy to customize, even though it really wasn't necessary.
On the actual day, the food was completed and served by Jan, who was extremely professional throughout. Everything was tailored to our pace, without stress or rush, and Jan was both polite and discreet. When he left the kitchen, everything was shining clean.
The food tasted amazing, and our guests were very impressed – both with the quality of the dishes and the way Jan presented and served them. Overall, a superb experience that we can warmly recommend to others.

All played. First and foremost lovely clear communication all the way. Great flexibility with vegetarian and pregnancy adjustments. The food was just delicious. The chefs were super accommodating and knowledgeable on the day and worked great with the serving staff. Highly recommended!

Meet Niklas J.
My name is Niklas, I am 35 years old and reside in Nørre Aaby on Funen together with my wife and our two young daughters.
I have been self-employed for four years with my company á la maison dining, which I run together with my business partner Christoffer, and I spend my days in Odense where we have our kitchen, where we prepare the food before I come out and give you an unforgettable experience.
I can safely say that I have the best staff of chefs and waiters, who have a high professional pride and, like myself, want to give you the best possible experience with á la maison dining.
When we come out and do private dining, we will give you a restaurant experience in a home-like setting, where we take care of everything from shopping to cooking, serving, presentation, clearing, and dishwashing so you can simply lean back and be present for your guests!
By September 2024, we will have hosted our 50th wedding, so it is something that we and our staff are getting really good at!
We offer everything from a wedding menu to a complete package where we take care of everything from reception to late-night snacks and brunch the next day if there are overnight guests.
I have a great passion for my craft and for the handiwork and a huge respect for the raw materials I work with.
I have a big fondness for French cuisine, but I love to draw inspiration in the form of flavors and raw materials from countries around the world.
So if you wish to host an unforgettable dinner with delicious and well-prepared food, beautifully presented, don't hesitate to send me a message.

Når du sender en anmodning til en kok, opretter du samtidig en profil, så du vil blive adviseret, når kokken har sendt et svar på anmodningen. Du vil få adgang til en beskedtråd, hvor du til hver en tid kan skrive til kokken og aftale nærmere.
Kan jeg ændre på kokkens menu?
Du kan vælge at tage udgangspunkt i en af kokkenes menuer eller få skræddersyet en menu lige til dine smagsløg.
Er du mere til fisk end kød? Eller foretrækker du kage frem for is til dessert? Send en anmodning til kokken og del dine ønsker, så I kan sammensætte en menu, der passer til dig og dit selskab. Kokken har derudover også mulighed for at lave alternative menuer baseret på allergier samt børnemenuer.
