My name is Riccardo. I'm an Italian chef from Sardinia. I've worked in restaurants in Italy, Australia, London, Greece and Germany. In 2019 I moved to Copenhagen and started working in the Asian and Nordic fusion restaurant, 108. Later I worked as a head chef at the Italian restaurant, Ché Fè. I work full time on my own project called Laminata, where I produce and deliver fresh homemade pasta for restaurants in Copenhagen. When I don't produce pasta, I do private events such as cooking for wine tastings and other catering events.

You can choose to start from one of the chefs' menus or have a menu tailored just for your taste buds.
Are you more into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake to ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes so that you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef also has the option of creating alternative menus based on allergies and children's menus.

The chef is responsible for both shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. Therefore, you just have to be responsible for setting the table, drinks (unless you have an additional wine menu or similar) and enjoy the time with your guests around the table.
