Snacks – A tempting start to the festivities
Let the guests enjoy small, delicate bites that awaken the appetite:

Blinis with caviar, cream cheese, and herbs – a sophisticated flavor combination.
Mini tart with smoked salmon, crème fraîche, and herbs – a perfect mouthful of Nordic elegance.
Starter – A light and elegant beginning
Cured scallop with fennel, rosehip, smoked, green oil, and fresh herbs. This dish offers a delicate balance between the depths of the sea and the freshness of nature.

Main course – Culinary perfection
Beef tenderloin with caramelized onion purée, grilled vegetables, fresh truffle, herbs, and a rich pepper sauce. A main course that indulges the taste buds with deep and complex nuances.

Dessert – The sweet ending
Berry dessert with blackcurrants, pieces of brownie, blackcurrant sorbet, salted caramel, berry jelly, and caramelized white chocolate. An ending that combines freshness, sweetness, and a crispy texture in every single bite.

There was a check in the kitchen and the food was incredibly tasty! The guests were VERY happy and satisfied!
Kristoffer was incredibly flexible, both in terms of booking at short notice, consideration of allergens so everyone had the same experience - and the opportunity to book a seat at the last minute.

Delicious food, Kristoffer found solutions with gluten-free and lactose-free food. Arrived on time and everything went smoothly. Kristoffer took care of everything, and the kitchen looked nice when he left.

Kristoffer was an important piece in a lovely evening. During the planning, Kristoffer contributed with ideas and quickly responded to questions. On the actual evening, Kristoffer stayed quietly in the background while preparing a delicious 3-course menu, which he nicely presented along the way.
When Kristoffer left the house, the kitchen was clean and tidy, and all plates were washed up. Very impressive.
