Vi had the pleasure of Adam at our company summer party – and we couldn't be more satisfied! The food was nothing short of sublime. All guests were blown away by both the taste (especially the veal glaze), aesthetics, and the accomplished presentation. It was very clear that we were dealing with a deeply professional and passionate chef.
Adam had also ensured an extremely competent waiter, who delivered a hospitality that was present, discreet, and professional. As the icing on the cake, the kitchen was left spotless.
We give our warmest recommendation.

Adam was quick to respond. He hit the mark with a menu made based on small inputs from me. Adam served the food in a summer house and was unaffected by a small, not entirely well-equipped kitchen. Adam was incredibly skilled as the host for the dinner, and as a total bonus, the kitchen was cleaned up when Adam left. I would recommend Adam to everyone I know at any time.

Adam made a buffet for 40 people. Everything was delicious and well-balanced. Adam filled the dishes and the courses were presented delicately at all times. He is sweet and professional, and our guests have praised him and the food to the skies.

Adam D. arrived smiling, friendly, and well-prepared. There was even time to tell the children various things about ingredients and cooking.
The food - all three courses - tasted excellent - and here too, there was consideration for the children.
Adam D. left the kitchen in fantastic tidy condition.
