Der er intet bedre end et lækkert mørt stykke kød, en sovs der for englene til at synge og årstidens friske grønsager. Oksecuvetten er derfor langtids tilberedt, så den bliver SUPER mør og derefter let grillet for at få den lækre gyldne sprøde kant. Hejsa, Jeg er en moden mand på 30 år som elsker den gode kvalitet i maden og renheden i råvarerene. Til daglig er jeg souschef på "Folk" inde i zoologisk have , hvor vi vægter gode råvarer højt. Dette er da også noget, som du vil kunne smage i min madstil - der er respekt for håndværket. Jeg elsker at være ude hos folk og lave mad, fordi det er helt specielt, når du kan se og mærke et "Wow, der tog jeg lige røven på en gæst" med den her helt fantastiske ret. Det er det ultimative kick at se andre menneskers glæde, når de smager på den mad, du netop har lavet til dem.

When you send a request to a chef, you create a profile at the same time, so you will be notified when the chef has sent a response to the request. You will get access to a message thread, where you can write to the chef at any time and make further arrangements.
You can choose to start from one of the chefs' menus or have a menu tailored just for your taste buds.
Are you more into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake to ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes so that you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef also has the option of creating alternative menus based on allergies and children's menus.
