Jeg er tidligere michelinkok med mange års erfaring i det kulinariske univers og med en stor forkærlighed for fisk og det lette, forførende køkken. I 2003 vandt jeg Danmarks og de nordiske mesterskaber for kokkeelever og blev uddannet fra Alberto K i 2004. Sidenhen har jeg arbejdet rundt omkring i verden på flere Michelin- og gourmetrestauranter. Når jeg er ude til selskaber, bruger jeg altid som minimum økologiske råvarer og gerne fra små producenter/gårde, da jeg synes, det er min pligt som kok at værne om miljøet og støtte de dygtige producenter. Jeg kan kan lave alt fra let frokost til større selskaber og gourmetoplevelser. Jeg er åben for forslag til menuen, så skriv endelig.

When you send a request to a chef, you create a profile at the same time, so you will be notified when the chef has sent a response to the request. You will get access to a message thread, where you can write to the chef at any time and make further arrangements.
You can choose to start from one of the chefs' menus or have a menu tailored just for your taste buds.
Are you more into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake to ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes so that you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef also has the option of creating alternative menus based on allergies and children's menus.
You will be able to see further up the page what the chef's requirements are for your kitchen, as well as what the chef is able to bring. If you are in doubt, you can ask the chef after you have sent a request.
The chef is responsible for both shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. Therefore, you just have to be responsible for setting the table, drinks (unless you have an additional wine menu or similar) and enjoy the time with your guests around the table.
