Jeg er 35 år og uddannet kok og detilslagter, i en af Danmarks bedste slagter butikker og er uddannet kok på den gamle franske resturent Bisou i Charlottenlund. Jeg har derfor en stor og bred viden både indfor kødkvalitet og den gestronomiske verden, det syntes jeg harmonere rigtigt godt. Jeg bor med min kæreste Sidsel og min søn Elliott og bruger en masse tid i køkkenet med dem. Jeg dyrker meget sportsfiskeri på de danske kyster og er meget i dus med naturen og elsker at bruge naturlige ting og friske økologiske vare i mit køkken.

When you send a request to a chef, you create a profile at the same time, so you will be notified when the chef has sent a response to the request. You will get access to a message thread, where you can write to the chef at any time and make further arrangements.
You can choose to start from one of the chefs' menus or have a menu tailored just for your taste buds.
Are you more into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake to ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes so that you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef also has the option of creating alternative menus based on allergies and children's menus.
You will be able to see further up the page what the chef's requirements are for your kitchen, as well as what the chef is able to bring. If you are in doubt, you can ask the chef after you have sent a request.
The chef is responsible for both shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. Therefore, you just have to be responsible for setting the table, drinks (unless you have an additional wine menu or similar) and enjoy the time with your guests around the table.
