Professionel kok til fingerspidserne... Eller skulle jeg sige til spidsen af min kokkekniv? Mine snart 25 år i restaurationsbranchen har lært mig, hvordan man får teksturer, farver og smage til at smelte sammen i en højere enhed. De helt rigtige råvarer er alfa og omega for mig, og man kan altid regne med, at kvaliteten er i top, hvad enten det drejer sig om syltede specialiteter fra mit spisekammer, nyrøgede varer fra egen rygeovn, urter og grønt fra haven eller de friskeste varer fra markedet. Udover at lave den bedste mad til jeres selskab er jeg også behjælpelig med borddækning, blomsterarrangementer og naturligvis vin til maden. Kort sagt har jeg været huskok for Danmarks mest kendte, de mest kræsne af slagsen, og forhåbentligt snart også for jer. Så tag et kig rundt i mine menuer. Rigtig god fornøjelse.

We recommend that you reserve your date as early as possible by sending a request to the chef, especially for weekends and during periods of holidays or celebrations.

When you send a request to a chef, you create a profile at the same time, so you will be notified when the chef has sent a response to the request. You will get access to a message thread, where you can write to the chef at any time and make further arrangements.
You can choose to start from one of the chefs' menus or have a menu tailored just for your taste buds.
Are you more into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake to ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes so that you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef also has the option of creating alternative menus based on allergies and children's menus.
You will be able to see further up the page what the chef's requirements are for your kitchen, as well as what the chef is able to bring. If you are in doubt, you can ask the chef after you have sent a request.
The chef is responsible for both shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. Therefore, you just have to be responsible for setting the table, drinks (unless you have an additional wine menu or similar) and enjoy the time with your guests around the table.
