I have 20 years of experience in the industry - several of them at Michelin restaurants such as Kiin Kiin and Pierre Andre.
After 10 years in CPH, I chose to return to my roots in the south Funen soil. Today, I have my own catering company called Øhavskøkkenet, which is located in the heart of the South Funen Archipelago, specifically Tåsinge. It is also from here that I source most of my ingredients, either from local producers or from my own large kitchen garden. I look forward to giving you an unforgettable evening

Simply such a good experience. Fantastic food was made for our wedding, everything was super delicious, efficient with time and serving, beautiful presentation, professional presentation and just super well executed and sweet and accommodating all the way through. Flexible with last-minute adjustments and wishes. Thomas delivered a plated 3-course wedding dinner (56 covers) for our wedding last Saturday. The overall experience was really, really good! The food was incredibly tasty! Additionally, it was also a feast for the eyes. It received great praise from all the guests. And we were very happy and satisfied ourselves. The coordination with the serving was precise, and we all got hot food at the same time. It has been a great pleasure to have Thomas cook for us, and we will not hesitate to choose him for our next party. Huge recommendation from here.

Thomas from the Archipelago Kitchen served the most unsurpassed and beautiful gourmet-style 3-course menu for me and my 14 guests, while also delivering a formidable presentation of all the servings. Thomas took care of everything related to the food, from when he arrived until he left after his last service, where even the entire kitchen shined after his cleanup. Thomas was also sweet, friendly, and humorous throughout the evening. The warmest recommendations definitely come from here, and it is certainly not the last time I will be booking the Archipelago Kitchen.
