Lakse carpartio med friske krydder urter, frisk revet parmesan, fint hakket rødløg, samt plukket salat og peberrodscreme. Jomfruhummer haler a la Nage. Stegt rådyr stykker lagt på leje af kål og nødder, dertil serveres smør ristet asparges kartofler, portvins glace med halve druer. Kastanje kage med marcipan, blød nougat, cognac, dertil en frugt coulis og frisk frugt.

When you send a request to a chef, you create a profile at the same time, so you will be notified when the chef has sent a response to the request. You will get access to a message thread, where you can write to the chef at any time and make further arrangements.
