With 17 years in the restaurant industry, I've tried a bit of everything by now. From Michelin to canteen. Catering, parties of all sizes, fine dining, a la carte, and buffet. I make all kinds of food from bird to fish and everything in between.
I am trained in French cuisine but have also worked with Italian, Nordic, and Asian cuisines.
I am always happy and receptive to all kinds of input to make your evening special.

Fantastic experience that was the icing on the cake for my 40th surprise birthday party. Niels cooked in our open kitchen and was therefore part of the party - but did it with a perfect balance between discretion and presentation of the food with an appropriate amount of humor. We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner - so 5 stars from us across the board

We had 57 guests and a tent in the garden. Niels and his team delivered super delicious and tasty food! Everything went smoothly on time, the guests were enthusiastic and praised the food. We are extremely satisfied!

Niels and his team fully lived up to our expectations. We had given input to the menu ourselves, and what Niels delivered was top class. Everything worked, the service was good, and they also took care of the dishes. The guests were very impressed. It is not the last time we use Niels.
