For mig er det vigtigt at vi værner om de gode råvarer, og derfor går jeg aldrig på kompromis. Med udgangspunkt i den danske og nordiske sæson er mit mål altid at bruge de bedste råvarer, jeg kan få fat i, og så vidt muligt økologiske. Lige fra porren til pighvarren bestræber jeg mig altid på, at råvarerene har den højest mulige kvalitet. Bag Tablespoon Cph er jeg Nicolas Stampe, som gennem 13 år i restaurationsbrancen har været selvstændig det sidste år med stor succes. Jeg er uddannet fra Søllerød Kro og har erfaring fra flere af de bedste steder i København heriblandt AOC, hos Fischer, Winterspring Desserts og senest som køkkenchef hos Kafeteria på Statens Museum for Kunst

When you send a request to a chef, you create a profile at the same time, so you will be notified when the chef has sent a response to the request. You will get access to a message thread, where you can write to the chef at any time and make further arrangements.
You can choose to start from one of the chefs' menus or have a menu tailored just for your taste buds.
Are you more into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake to ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes so that you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef also has the option of creating alternative menus based on allergies and children's menus.
You will be able to see further up the page what the chef's requirements are for your kitchen, as well as what the chef is able to bring. If you are in doubt, you can ask the chef after you have sent a request.
The chef is responsible for both shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. Therefore, you just have to be responsible for setting the table, drinks (unless you have an additional wine menu or similar) and enjoy the time with your guests around the table.
