About the chef

I have lived in Denmark for almost 5 years and have worked as a chef for over 10 years. Most recently here in Copenhagen as Executive Chef at Mad&Kaffe (City's Best Winner '16&'17 & Nominated '18&'19) and in London as Sous Chef in many different restaurants over several years, where I have worked at a very high level.
I have recently become a father to a lovely boy called Gabriel and I have signed up here on ChefMe so that I can work more independently rather than in restaurants where it would require long hours and days away from my family.
At the same time, I am passionate about my profession. I love cooking for all types of guests, and it doesn't matter if it's something simple like a delicious breakfast or something a little more technical where the guests really need to experience something extraordinary.
